Donna Hoffman began working with Advocating Opportunity as an intern in January 2018, and quickly transitioned to work as AO's Intake and Outreach Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio. In this position, she works to ensure that the clients who work with AO have a positive and productive first encounter with the organization and helps connect clients to additional services and support.  She also works to cultivate partnerships with local organizations and businesses and has helped to develop and implement the AO Columbus’ pro bono legal services program.  Ms. Hoffman is passionate about empowering those made vulnerable by systemic inequity. In addition to her position, she enjoys volunteering development hours, planning fundraisers and community events that benefit survivors of trafficking. 

Ms. Hoffman completed her Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management in 2019  from Franklin University and volunteers with grassroots organizations in the Columbus community.
