Chynna L. Fifer, Attorney at Law, brings over a decade of legal experience to her advocacy against human trafficking. While serving as the Chief Prosecutor for the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, Chynna oversaw a variety cases and jurisdictions in Perrysburg Municipal Court while also managing the prosecutor’s office. Her commitment to justice extends beyond the courtroom, as evidenced by her extensive work with law enforcement agencies to inform them of legal changes and provide crucial trainings. With a background that includes positions at the Wood County Public Defender’s Office and the Lucas County Prosecutor’s Office, the Toledo Legal Aid Society, Chynna possesses a comprehensive understanding of the legal system, enabling her to effectively combat human trafficking through strategic legal measures and her community relations.

Chynna’s passion for social justice and dedication to defending the rights of the vulnerable began with her work as a contract attorney for the Toledo Legal Aid Society as a Public Defender, where she handled a wide array of criminal and traffic cases.
