Rebecca Bundy serves as a Staff Attorney with Advocating Opportunity. A Toledoan for most of her life, Ms. Bundy received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo. She completed her Juris Doctorate at Wayne Law University in 2021, where she got involved with the Detroit chapters for the NLG and ACLU. Her background in social work specifically has directed much of her work in the legal field and it supports a unique and multifaceted approach to assisting clients.

Ms. Bundy has a great passion for all issues pertaining to social justice and has pursued work combating human trafficking for many years. Ms. Bundy’s past work and experience has involved civil rights litigation, immigration work, and macro-level research in social work. Rebecca continues to find opportunities to contribute to the community and address issues within it.
